Shipping policy

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of purchase on business days (Monday - Friday). However, during a new release, sale or promotion please allow an additional 24-48 hours for orders to be dispatched.

All orders are shipped using Australia Post. You will receive an email with tracking details once your parcel has shipped.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA 

We provide free standard shipping on all orders over $100 (delivery estimated 5-7 business days).

Express Shipping with Australia Post is available for a flat rate of $15.00 (delivery estimate 1-3 business days).

SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND

We provide free standard shipping on all orders over $150 (delivery estimated 7-14 business days).

Express Shipping with Australia Post is available for a flat rate of $30.00 (delivery estimate 5-7 business days).

SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES / REST OF THE WORLD

We provide standard shipping with DHL for a flat rate of AUD $40.00 (subject to quote based on exact location at checkout) with a delivery estimate of 7-14 business days).

Please note: Any fees and taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
